This Privacy Policy explains how Rotex ("App") by Rotex engineering ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App. By using Rotex you agree to this Policy.

What this policy covers

This policy is written for the Rotex app and reflects the App's use of the following libraries/services found in the project: Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics), Shared Preferences (local storage), image picker & image cropper (media selection), cached network image (image caching), url_launcher, and standard HTTP requests. These services may collect or process data as described below.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information if you register or sign in (e.g., email, display name) — when using Firebase Authentication.
• User-generated content such as profile photos or images you choose to upload or share through the App.
• Support requests, feedback or other messages you send to us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Analytics and usage data (events, feature usage, session durations) sent to Firebase Analytics to help improve the App.
• Crash reports and diagnostic information (stack traces, device model, OS version) sent to Firebase Crashlytics.
• Device and technical information (model, OS version, locale, app version, network info) and IP address.
• Local settings stored on-device using Shared Preferences (app settings, flags, non-sensitive caches).

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the App and its features.
• To authenticate and manage user accounts (via Firebase Authentication).
• To analyze usage patterns and diagnose issues (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics).
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Media & device permissions

When you use image selection or camera features (Image Picker / Image Cropper), the App may request camera and/or storage permissions. Images selected or captured may be stored locally and — only if you choose to upload or share them — transmitted to our servers or third-party services. Always review permission prompts and do not grant access if you are uncomfortable.

4. Third‑party services and processors

We use third‑party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and authentication. Notable examples:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, and other services.
• Third‑party SDKs for image handling, networking, and caching.

These providers have their own privacy practices and may transfer data to other countries. Consult their privacy policies for details.

5. Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to:

• Service providers and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, crash reporting).
